Color Meditation Meditation is too personal for definitions. Using private techniques, meditation explores unique pathways and secret domains. The resulting potential can be limitless. Only through this experience however, can meditation be understood and therefore defined. Meditation can be described as the art of relaxing your body and quieting your mind. More simply, it is a state of expanded consciousness. In all cases, inner answers are heard, hidden possibilities revealed. It may be the zenith to your individual potential, the apex to spiritual clarity and rejuvenation. Technique will arrive only through experiment. You must find your own way. There is guidance in your own contemplation. Look inside yourself, for there lives a raw power, striped of inhibition and fear, waiting only for direction. Meditation gives this power life. Take this time to calm your mind, holding your attention to one color. The scale of visible light begins at red and ends in blue. Red evokes passion. Blue pacifies us. In between, live the infinite shades of truth and wisdom. In 30 seconds a journal will appear. It's important to chart any progress and record all the emotions you may encounter on your short journey. Meditate daily, marking new courses and fresh realizations along the way.
